On this FAQ page, we have answered more than 20 of the most common questions from our players, grouped into four sections: deposits, bonuses, customer support, and withdrawals. Questions about Deposits
If it has been more than 15 minutes after transferring via KBZPay or Wave Money and the funds still haven't appeared in your m9go account, contact us via Live Chat with a screenshot of your payment and your transfer reference number. Our support team is available 24/7, so we can help you at any time. Always make sure you enter the correct account number when making a deposit.
Log in to your m9go account and go to the deposit section. Select KBZPay as your payment method, then transfer money from your phone to the m9go KBZPay number shown. After the transfer, upload the transaction screenshot and confirm. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is 3,000 Ks.
m9go offers five payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. You can deposit in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) and no fees are charged for any method. Choose whichever payment method is most convenient for you.
The minimum deposit amount at m9go is 3,000 Ks regardless of the payment method — whether you use KBZPay, Wave Money, or Bank Transfer, the minimum is the same. You can check the maximum deposit limit by logging in and viewing the deposit section of your account.
m9go does not charge any deposit fees. However, KBZPay, Wave Money, and banks may apply their own transaction fees, so check with your bank or mobile wallet in advance. If you believe a fee was deducted on m9go's side, you can verify this via Live Chat.
Bonuses and Promotions
m9go's Welcome Bonus is available once per player only. You will receive a 150% bonus on your first deposit (up to 500,000 Ks), and bonus winnings can be withdrawn after completing a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. For promotions available on subsequent deposits, check the Promotions section.
With m9go's Referral Program, you will receive 8% of each referred friend's first deposit as bonus cash (up to 20,000 Ks per friend). On top of that, you earn 0.2% of your friends' valid bets as a weekly commission. There is no limit on how many friends you can refer.
The wagering requirement means you must play through the bonus amount 10 times before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks you will receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, so you need to wager 30,000 × 10 = 300,000 Ks before you can withdraw the bonus winnings. Whether slots, live casino, fish shooting games, and football betting count toward wagering can be checked via Live Chat according to the applicable terms.
To claim the Welcome Bonus at m9go — log in and when making your first deposit, select the Welcome Bonus option on the deposit form. The bonus is not applied automatically, so you must select it at the time of deposit. If you completed your deposit but did not receive the bonus, contact Live Chat right away.
The welcome bonus is 150%, but there is a maximum cap of 500,000 Ks. So if you deposit 680,000 Ks, you will receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 1,180,000 Ks in your account. The wagering requirement would be 500,000 × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks.

Questions about Withdrawals
Yes. m9go processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether it's a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of the request being made. An exact processing time cannot be guaranteed, but we aim to complete all withdrawals within this timeframe.
Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after completing 10x wagering on the bonus amount. For example — if you have a 30,000 Ks bonus, you need to wager 300,000 Ks before you can withdraw. If you request a withdrawal before wagering is complete, the bonus may be forfeited, so read the terms carefully.
The minimum withdrawal amount at m9go is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals below this amount cannot be processed, so make sure your account balance is 20,000 Ks or above before requesting. m9go does not charge any withdrawal fees.
After a withdrawal request is approved, funds will arrive within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If your withdrawal has not arrived after this timeframe, contact Live Chat with your payment screenshot and transaction ID. Processing may take a little longer at night, but we generally follow this timeframe.
A withdrawal request can be cancelled before processing has started. Once processing is complete, cancellation is no longer possible. If you want to cancel, contact Live Chat immediately after making the request and notify us as soon as possible — we will check the status and assist accordingly.
